HW Inc. is a 6-day camp intensive filled with innovation, team-work, and snacks.

Participants will be taught business and life skills by the team of Harvard-Westlake high-schoolers that runs the program, as well as "real world" entrepreneurs and venture capitalists pulled from the HW community.

Throughout the course of the week, participants will form a team with others in order to solve a problem that they identify. Throughout the week, they'll experience a lot of team-building exercises and many workshops from HW alumni. On the final night of the program, they will pitch their idea to a panel of judges Shark-Tank style and enjoy a celebration for their hard work.

Past team-building activities include trips to surprise escape rooms and boat-building and past workshops have featured Evan Keare HW'18 speaking about networking from her history as an HW Inc and HW Venture leader and Alex Ma of TTYL and Poparazzi speaking about his entrepreneurial journey.
